Seraphim Mikhalych

The artist explores the influence of social norms and imposed standards on the formation of a person’s personality and acceptance of one’s own identity in this project.

Seraphim Mikhalych, a six-winged angel, lives in the modern world among ordinary people. Having acquired human essence, he unexpectedly encounters social differentiation and discrimination, feels the annoying need to hide his thoughts and play someone else's roles instead of being himself.

The viewer sees many faces of Seraphim, in which the angel reflects the history of the struggle for personal boundaries and opinions, for individuality and respect for the characteristics of each of us.
